Sorry, due to high demand, shipments may take longer than usual.

- Spain and Portugal orders 7-11 working days approximately (14-18 for Canary Islands)

- Rest of Europe orders 10-14 working days approximately.

- International orders 10-16 working days approximately.

If you have any problems with your order send us an email to departmentnomad@gmail.com and we will be there to help you. Please note that orders placed after 2PM (CET) will be shipped the next business day.



Returns and Exchanges:

You can process your exchange or return through our mail.

You have 30 days from the date of shipment. *Please note that for orders purchased during Black Friday, the period is extended until January 8th.
